Uses of Magnets: Common uses of magnets are based on simple magnetic attraction or repulsion as in magnetic refrigerator latches.
Magnets have several uses:
1. Motors, generators and loudspeakers have powerful magnets.Smaller electromagnets are used in relays, switches, loud speakers, microphones, clocks, ammeters, voltmeters and speedometers etc.
